Each team is permitted three guest players (trialists) during the tournament. Please contact the tournament director for approval if more than three (3) trialists are required to bring the team to its original ASA roster size.

NOTE:Teams Can increase the roster size up to 20 players

All players (including guest players) must be currently registered with a youth soccer association recognized by A.S.A. and/or C.S.A for the Indoor 2022/2023 season to participate in this tournament.

A guest player will be allowed on the following basis:

• Tier 1–2: can only be from a lower age / lower category or lower division as the age group of the receiving team’s tournament category in order to be registered on that team’s roster with written approval as noted below;
• Tier 3-6: can be from the same or lower age / same or lower category or same or lower division as the age group of the receiving team’s tournament category in order to be registered on that team’s roster with written approval as noted below.

Teams must submit guest forms and one copy of the dame sheet to the referee prior to the game. Coaches must submit a copy of the guest form for each fame and guest player participates in. A guest form can cover a range of play dates. Coaches are advised to keep a copy of the forms throughout the entire tournament.

Guest players must be marked as guest on the team roster and game sheets.

Teams are permitted to use up to 3 guest players / trialists to increase rosters up to ASA team size limits or replace missing players.

A team may not use a guest player who's regular league team is already participating in this tournament.

Players who are currently serving a suspension from EMSA or ASA are ineligible to participate as trialists unless given permission from the tournament committee.

Guest and trialist mean the same thing and the wording can be interchanged without changing the meaning.

The tournament committee reserves the right to allow players to play in extenuating circumstances
